Business Development Rep USA

Located in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn, Net Natives is the world's leading collection of advertising and technology businesses, helping brands and organizations attract and convert the global student audience. 150 specialists working across six offices on three continents.

We are looking for a tenacious, target driven, personable individual who will be a key player in further developing our business into new and exciting areas. You will be able to engage with potential new partners through outbound calls, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and student recruitment conferences.  You will be part of a fast-paced environment, in a team that are passionate about the solutions Net Natives can deliver for education and not-for-profit organizations. You will have the ability to speak on behalf of a full network of products, through a full-service student marketing agency. You will learn the ins and outs of AI, marketing, technology, and software sales. • Creating new business opportunities
• Increasing market share
• Engaging with potential clients – warm and cold calls
• Prospecting accounts based on market research and analysis
• Keeping our CRM system up to date
• Conduct high-level conversations with executives in prospect accounts
• Achieve monthly quotas + daily KPI’s of 70 calls per day
• Create and prioritize target account and contact lists
• Partner with our account executive team to help generate meetings and sales pipeline
• Obtain or supplement existing knowledge of the marketplace, and the digital/tech industry you’ll be working in


What are we looking for?


• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior phone sales experience, preferably B2B SaaS Sales
• Driven, hard-working, and able to  deliver outcomes and results
• 6+ months of prior outbound sales experience post-graduation
• Charismatic, with a desire to constantly learn new things
• A passion for Education & Digital Marketing Sectors
• The ability to learn new things quickly!
• Self-starter: when you see a need or problem, you address it
• Strong experience prospecting
• You are curious: always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow and give/receive feedback
• Collaborator: you enjoy working with others and helping whenever possible

• Experience in Saas, Digital, or Tech (beneficial but not mandatory)
• Ability to learn/understand and articulate our solution sets and value propositions
